Above and Beyond Caregiving can assist and accompany clients to appointments or events.

Our caregivers can stay with them and take notes if needed at these appointments. If the family wants to be a part of the appointment, we can use FaceTime at the doctor’s office to include them so they can hear and ask questions.

We do not just drop them off. We stay with them the whole time unless they want privacy with their doctor or whomever they are visiting.

Clients must be able to transfer into a vehicle, as we do not provide wheelchair transportation at this time.

When the caregiver uses their car, then a mileage charge is the IRS mileage rate and is charged to the invoice. Client vehicles do not get charged mileage, only the hourly rate.
